OFFICIAL PROMOTION RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

1. SPONSOR

This Promotion (“Promotion”) is sponsored and administered by Aether Projects LLC (“Sponsor”).

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion begins on the date first published by the Sponsor and ends on July 18 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (PT). All eligible entries must be received before the Promotion Period ends. Entries received after that time will not be eligible.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is open only to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry and are legally eligible to participate under applicable law. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time.

4. HOW TO ENTER

 Purchase Entry: Eligible purchases made during the Promotion Period will automatically receive the promotional entry allocation identified with each qualifying product.

 Free Alternative Method of Entry: No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A free alternative method of entry is available. Complete instructions are provided in the Free Entry section of the Promotion website and are incorporated into these Official Rules. Free entries receive equal dignity, treatment, and identical odds of winning compared to purchase entries.

5. CAMPAIGN PURPOSE & MILESTONE STRUCTURE

This Promotion is conducted by Aether Projects LLC as part of a limited-time community campaign to support charitable giving through the power of sport.

Rather than a conditional outcome, the Grand Prize for this promotion is guaranteed to be awarded to an eligible winner, scaling dynamically based on final campaign milestone tiers reached at the close of the Promotion Period:

 Tier 1 (Base Level - Guaranteed): $500 Cash (Designed to assist a fan with train transit or local travel to the final host city).

 Tier 2 (Unlocks at [Insert Tier 2 Sales Goal]): $1,000 Cash (Upgraded to assist a fan with premium hotel and lodging accommodations near the final).

 Tier 3 (Unlocks at [Insert Tier 3 Sales Goal]): $10,000 Cash (The ultimate prize package intended to cover premium match tickets, flights, and travel accommodations).

The final prize value will be locked definitively into the highest tier achieved at exactly 11:59 p.m. PT. A portion of the net profits from this campaign will be donated to Common Goal, a nonprofit organization that supports social impact through football.

6. PRIZE DELIVERY & REQUIREMENTS

One (1) eligible grand prize winner will receive a flat cash prize or a digital wire transfer equivalent to the exact dollar value of the highest tier unlocked at the end of the Promotion Period.

Because the prize is awarded entirely as flat cash, the winner maintains absolute responsibility for arranging their own travel booking, scheduling, ticketing logistics, meals, travel insurance, passports, visas, taxes, and incidental costs.

7. WINNER SELECTION & CLAIM WINDOW

Following the conclusion of the Promotion Period tonight, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing using a verified independent electronic randomizer from all eligible entries pool (encompassing both purchase entries and free AMOE entries). Odds of winning depend entirely on the total number of eligible entries received.

 The selected potential winner will be contacted using the contact information provided during entry.

 24-Hour Claim Window: The selected potential winner must respond and confirm acceptance of the prize within twenty-four (24) hours of Sponsor’s initial notification.

 If a selected potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within the 24-hour window, is determined to be ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor will disqualify that entrant and immediately conduct a secondary random drawing from the remaining pool.

8. PRODUCT ORDERS

All purchases remain subject to inventory availability. Sponsor reserves the right to fulfill any merchandise order with a substantially similar product of equal or greater value if the originally ordered item cannot reasonably be fulfilled due to supply shortages.

9. PARTICIPANT ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By participating in this Promotion, each entrant voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation. Participants enter entirely at their own risk and acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Official Rules.

10. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, participants agree to release and hold harmless Aether Projects LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, representatives, successors, assigns, and partners from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising from participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or redemption of any prize.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Sponsor shall not be responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, misdirected, interrupted, corrupted, or technically malfunctioning entries, communications, payment systems, websites, servers, or internet connections affecting the administration of the Promotion.

12. MODIFICATION OR TERMINATION

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the drawing process only if fraud, technical failures, legal requirements, or force majeure events completely destroy the system's ability to pull a fair random winner.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

This Promotion is independently organized and administered by Aether Projects LLC. Unless expressly stated otherwise, this Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with FIFA, the FIFA World Cup, ESPN, or any participating national football federation. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

14. TAXES

Any federal, state, local, or international taxes arising from acceptance of the cash prize shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.

15. PRIVACY

Information collected in connection with this Promotion may be used by Sponsor for purposes of administering the Promotion, verifying eligibility, fulfilling orders, and delivering the prize.

16. GOVERNING LAW

These Official Rules shall be governed by the laws applicable to Aether Projects LLC, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

17. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
